• Step 1 - WE NEED YOUR PLANS TO Estimate the SIP package. Most plans are digital these days we prefer A PDF copy of the plans be provided for takeoffs. The plans should be Dimensioned  and include floor & Roof plans and elevations & sections. ESTIMATE PRICING IS GOOD FOR 30 DAYS.

  • Step 2 - CUSTOMER accepts Estimate & contract of sale. A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

  • Step 3 - SIP Shops are created and sent to cUSTOMER (or the Builder) for approvals. Typically the Shops are exchanged one or two times incorporating any ADJUSTMENTS or revisions.

  • Step 4 - The Final Shops are REVIEWED AND endorsed by the cUSTOMER (AND/or the Builder). AFTER WE RECEIVE THE FINAL ENDORSED SHOPS WE CREATE PRODUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE FABRICATION PHASE AT THE FACTORY. tHE sipS are custom fabricated for your specific project.

  • Step 5 - The  SIP Package, including accessory materials, are delivered on site ready for installation.

  • Step 6 - If needed SPACE sips provides on-site SIP installation training  or can provide experienced licensed installers.

  • Step 7 - We support our Customers throughout the entire process. We are  available during the SIP Installation and construction phase, on-site if required, to answer any questions and address any concerns.

* First preference is starting at the preliminary design phase to provide consultation about incorporating SIPs directly with our clients and/or with the project Architects, Engineers, HERs raters, and Builders. This greatly assists in detailing and tailoring the SIP package to the project requirements. We have experience on a lot of SIP projects and have many solutions to offer.
